Recognition for useful pressure.

The leaderboard rewards two different behaviors: showing up with requests, and writing requests clear enough that they make it onto the roadmap.

Contributor signal

Two lists, no private identity leakage.

Public pages show display names only. Emails, account ids, salted hashes, and private contributor keys stay server-side.

The first list counts submitted requests. The second counts requests that reached Accepted, Building, or Shipped.

The best roadmap request is the one that makes a real analysis less awkward.
